Returns

All sales are final! We do not accept returns, so if you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to ask for more pictures, details, measurements etc. Please measure and read the description carefully. We are trying our best to give you a real impression about the condition of any item and we strive to sell vintage furniture in best condition as possible. Every vintage object tells its own story with signs of use and is sold as is. You are always welcome to visit us in our studio to take a closer look.

Shipping

If you are interested in purchasing an item you have seen on our website, please get in touch with us by using the inquiry form next to every available item or by email hallo@aintnotrash.de

Shipping EU: For a customized shipping quote please send us an email with the following information; full shipping address, phone number, and the item you are interested in. We will get in touch with the transport company and get back to you as soon as we’ve got more information about the delivery quote and possible delivery times.

Hamburg: Local deliveries can be organized individually through a third party. Delivery quote depends on your location and measurements of the item. Please email us for quotes and we will coordinate delivery. You pay directly to the courier service.

Pick-up: Please make an appointment to pick up your purchase or say hi during our opening hours in our Studio (Adlerhorst 18, 22459 Hamburg). Note: Sold items must be picked up within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us before purchasing if you need more time or for additional arrangements.

Please note: We ship at your own risk. Every item will be insured by the transport company. If an item goes missing or get damaged, it's the buyer's responsibility to report. We are not responsible for delays, damages or custom fees/duties. All sales are final.
